MIXTURE MACHINE
High efficient Mixture machine designed to generate heat due to friction. The Mixture Machine is used to mix granules with pigment paste or pigment powder or different colored granules for uniform blending. The Mixture Machine achieves heat while working is important to blend the pigment paste and polymer powder uniformly.
How It Works
In the entire process, A plastic material, normally in flake form or granules form is loaded into a drum along the Master batch, pigment or additive, usually made from fabricated from mild steel inside and out or fabricated from mild steel on the outside and stainless steel on inside as per material requirement. There is a mild steel / stainless steel rotor fitted on the shaft in the center of the drum. Where’s heavy-duty bearing housing provided for the shafting of the mixture machine. AC motor is connected with shafting with pulleys and belts. The rotor rotates at high RPM. Where raw material and additives starts to mix and due to friction raw material gets warmed up to around 70-80 degrees. Warmed raw material makes the extruder job effortless. Batch size depends on the drum storage capacity of the mixture machine where batch timings are around 10-15 min. After the cycle completes, the finished raw material is discharged from the output mouth of the drum.
